Red Green and Blue Menu. These three css menus use subtle shades of red, green and blue, just enough to add a touch of class to any website.
When you come to copy the code, only copy the css and xhtml that corresponds to the colour which you have decided to use.
Diagonal Horizontal Green Menu. This horizontal menu took quite a few hours to perfect but hopefully, the result is quite effective. The only way to create this effect (and I tried all of them)was to change the width, background-image and z-index apon the hover state. If there are any other ways of acheiving this effect with CSS please let me know.
Icon Yellow Rollover Button. Some visitors to your websites may have poor vision or disabilities which prohibits them from clicking on small buttons easily. This problem is easily remedied with very little css code and minimal effort... and it looks better than your boring old hypertext. Don`t forget that even though scripts like this use images, they are still just hypertext!
Green Css Button. This green css button has been refined to contain only one image. Other rollover buttons of this nature would normally contain two images. Here we use the: background-postion command to display the image in four different positions. Why four? Well the normal state (no hover)has both left and right edges which are needed so that the button can stretch with more text. Apon the hover state the button uses another two edges.
Blue Tabbed Horizontal Navigation. This horizontal menu only uses one image. For best results, use this css example on a dark background. Have a look at our other tabbed menus to see which more suits your web page.
